When I think of Angela Langsford I think Masterchef. Little did I know that since making it into the finals this creative lady has been cooking up a skincare line. Someone who makes it far in the culinary world knows how to blend ingredients and create recipes that not only deliver in effectiveness and appearance but that also please. As consumers we are more environmentally friendly and the rise in natural and organic products to the market is wonderful. Angela has curated a wonderful line of vegan friendly organic and natural skincare products. I was kindly sent one of her skincare items to try. I like to try it out for a few weeks to give an honest review and to see if my skin reacts or to see any benefits. So lets see how I got on.
Angela Langford Bloom and Glow Face Oil
As I mentioned above I have been trying out the Angela Langford Bloom and Glow Face Oil for a few weeks now. For me its a spa treatment at home, totally luxurious in texture and scent. Its also a good multi purpose oil which can be used in a few ways thus giving you more options to get that glowy skin that we all crave. The oil is perfect for those that have dull skin and that want to rebalance, brighten and boost. The oil itself is a lovely honey colour and is nice and thick making it easier to use. I have been using it twice a day as my skin is lacking in moisture at the minute. Probably due to the drop in temperature and home heating being on. I use in the morning after I cleanse by adding a few drops to my moisturiser. I know people can be put off by using an oil based product prior to makeup application. But the Bloom and Glow oil doesn’t leave your skin feeling oily at all and it absorbs very quickly as well. In the evening I use it as more of a full pamper product by applying after my serum to the face, neck and décolletage areas.
The ingredients used all play an important role in enhancing our skin. Vitamin E is perfect for repairing skin damage through aging and environmental factors. Chia seed and Rosehip are healing ingredients which is perfect for those of us wanting to reduce fine lines and boost our skins elasticity. Bisabolol which comes from camomile is perfect for those who suffer from redness and want to calm any flareups. These coupled with the list of natural products below create a gorgeous facial oil that leaves our skin feeling plumped and moisturised. What’s not to love? Also as you only require a few drops at a time this 15ml bottle will last an age and its priced at £20.50 which I feel is a great price point for a natural, vegan and organic product.
