Evening Skincare Routine

Hello, lovelies today I thought I would share with you guys my Evening Skincare Routine, plus some new products that I have stumbled across and some firm favourites that I continue to replenish when they run out. I would have been one of those girls who happily left their makeup on without a care in the world in their 20s, yuck I know but I blamed tiredness or nights out until that is that I started to notice my skin changing as I age. I have upped my game when it comes to caring for my skin, my face especially (currently working on improving other areas) I have my night skincare nailed at the minute, I have found  a really good combo that works well for me, no irritation and I have noticed a massive improvement in my skin of late. It doesn’t take long to complete either, which is an added bonus.

Evening Skincare Routine

Unani Milk Cleanser

I stumbled across this brand recently in yes another Beauty box. I really have loved it from the off. A lovely and milky consistency which glides on and removes product with ease whilst cleansing the skin of any impurities. I apply using cotton pads, then remove using a clean one. A little goes a long way with this product, so you don’t need to overload your cotton pad. I finish this process by rinsing my face with water before I continue to my next stage.

Gatineau Refreshing Cleansing Cream

A friend recommended Gatineau to me in December and I purchased the Cleansing cream duo. Gatineau if you didn’t know is a French product which was created over 80 years ago by Madame Jeanne Gatineau. It has expanded to a Global brand and still incorporates the values that the creator instilled at the start. I love this product and I will most definitely be purchasing it again. It lovely and rich and creamy and a perfect product to use in my double cleanse routine. I apply all over my face, using circular motions and then remove with a hot cloth. It leaves my skin feeling thoroughly cleansed and soft.

Rodial Dragons Blood Hyaluronic Tonic

Love this product from Rodial. In fact, its my 1st product from the company and it won’t be the last. So easy to use and that’s why it sits high on my top product list. Hydrates, brightens and refreshes the skin, what’s not to love?. I hadn’t used a spray tonic before but its just so easy, I close my eyes and pump 2 squirts over my face, I find this is enough to get a good covering, containing Vitamin B3 for Brightening and Hyaluronic Acid for Hydration, a perfect combo for any skin type plus it can be used on a daily basis for skin that suffers like mine does in Winter. It feels lovely on the skin and dries quickly which is what you need for an evening time when you are wanting to relax or go to bed.

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream

seo-wordpress-charlotte-tilbury-magic-cream

For those of you who have been following me for a while will know I’m a massive fan of Charlotte Tilbury, I haven’t purchased one product yet that I didn’t get on with. Today I’m featuring her Magic cream, a multi-purchase cream, one that I have used for a few months and replenished already, yes it is that good. Fabulous as a moisturiser and primer, plus doesn’t feel heavy on the skin. Paraben free with added SPF 15 and BioNymph Peptide Complex which stimulates collagen, music to my ears. If you didn’t know already, Charlotte’s Grandmother loved making lotions herself which spurred Charlotte on to do the same, hence the name ‘Magic Cream’ It is a little on the pricey side, but I see buying it as a good investment, a little goes a long way and I certainly have noticed positive results since I started using it morning and evening.

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Eye Rescue

seo-wordpress-charlotte-tilbury-magic-eye-rescue

Yes another product from the fabulous Charlotte Tilbury range, I know addicted lol. The Magic Eye Rescue is just fabulous. I cant sing its praises enough, does exactly what its supposed to plus its light and concentrated meaning you don’t need lots, this pot will last me months with continuous nightly use. One thing I like about this product is that it lasts for 24 hours, meaning I can apply in the evening and don’t need to until the following, added bonus for me as I find using an eye cream and then foundation and concealer on top slightly too much. Restores eye area skin and re-energises, apply lightly using ring fingers.

There you have it my Evening Skincare Routine. I hope you have found it enjoyable helpful. What products do you guys use at night?

I have heard so many positive things about the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream that I really want to take the leap and try it even though it is quite pricey. It will be worth it if it works as well as I am hearing it does.

The Unani Milk Cleanser sounds great and it is good that you don’t need to use much of the product. I use a variety of products as I love trying new ones too.
