How Do I Get Glowy Skin

How Do I Get Glowy Skin

I often get complimented on my skin and how well it looks for cough cough my age and I’m often asked How Do I Get Glowy Skin? I haven’t always looked after my skin, for years especially when I had the smalls my face was lucky if it saw a drop of water daily never mind a full beauty skin routine. When I reached my mid thirties I really decided to tackle my skin issues head on. I was beginning to notice that my skin looked dull, didn’t have any glow and it was massively dehydrated. The fact that water seemed such an alien liquid to me probably didn’t help. Plus I didn’t really invest in any good skincare products. I’m not saying that you need to go and buy the all singing all dancing products, but you did need a small collection of good products. The market has seen a boom in skincare lately. Ladies are wanting to retain their youthful looks and the creators/brands know this and are wisely creating ranges to suit all budgets and products that tackle more problematic issues. Now back to my skin. I have a holy grail product that’s not only affordable and readily available but that also gives that beautiful glowy skin that we all crave. I’m talking all things Pixi today and the famous and fabulous Glow Pads/Tonic.

As I mentioned above there are affordable and good products out there. Pixi is one that sits in the forefront. It offers everything that you need to create a good morning /evening routine without damaging the purse strings. Having tried other tonics/peels before but they don’t have the same effect as the Pixi pads. I describe the glow range as little pacmen for my face, they just come along and eat all the badness away leaving me with glowy/exfoliated/soft skin. I also suffering from larger pores so anything that can help minimise those is a winner in my eyes.

How To Use

They are super easy to use as part of the PM routine. Cleanse skin as normal. Apply one pad over the face including the décolletage area, you can use it on the backs of your hands as well. Leave on for 2/3 minutes and then rinse with water to neutralise the product. Pat face dry with a towel. As with all Pixi products they are not tested on animals.

I hope you have found this post on How Do I Get Glowy Skin helpful. I have other items from the Pixi range which I have been testing for a few months that I’m going to review soon so do keep your eyes peeled.

I’ve not tried much from PIXI but I always seem to come across really good reviews about them, I’m going to have to five them a whirl sometime soon!

This sounds interesting. Skincare is something I am becoming increasingly aware of and interested in. I’m 26 and the feeling of approaching 30 is scaring me slightly. I’m two kids down and drink more coffee than water. I definitely need to pay attention to my skin more and Pixi products look really great. I will keep an eye out for them.
