Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir Cologne

Pomegranate Noir Cologne

The Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir Cologne is a new addition to my fragrance collection. I have always been drawn to this scent on numerous visits to the Jo Malone counter in House Of Frazer Belfast. For me, it’s a stunning deep scent which is perfect for a nighttime fragrance.

Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir Cologne

Jo Malone as we all know is a well know and established British brand which has been around since 1994 and the makers of bespoke fragrances. The range has grown over time and now includes scents for her, him and the home. All purchases come in the signature Jo Malone box and can be gift wrapped at the counter or when buying online. Jo Malone also offers a gift wrapping service which makes purchasing a gift for a loved one, family member or friend even easier. If your unsure about which scent to choose their online gift finder is a great way to match fragrances to the person. The link to which can be found below:

Pomegranate Noir Cologne

I’m a huge lover of many of the Jo Malone fragrances but I wanted to opt for something a little different to the norm. I had bought the Pomegranate Noir in soap form for my mum for Christmas and really loved it then. But after a visit to store this week I decided to purchase a bottle for myself. I decided to opt for the 45ml to see how I got on. I really love the scent and for me, I adore the fact that it lasts. I’m not a fan of fragrances that dimish in scent over time and that need a top up. Especially when its a more high-end fragrance. For people that are more daring in beauty and fashion this would make the perfect everyday scent but for me, as I mentioned above its better suited for nighttime wear.

The sensuality of a daring red dress. Ruby-rich juices of pomegranate, raspberry and plum are spiked with pink pepper and laced with Casablanca lily and spicy woods. Dark and enigmatic.

Price wise as we know Jo Malone is more of a higher end fragrance and as such is priced slightly higher. The 30ml is £45.oo and the 100ml £90.oo. You can, of course, get the scent in other products 🙂

I used to wear this scent a long time ago. I also wore their nectarine blossom and honey scent as well. And there was a fig scent which I used to layer with a ginger and nutmeg scent they did. That’s what is great about Jo Malone, is the layering. Sadly I can’t really wear perfumes anymore.

Never tried any Jo Malone although she has a store here in Cardiff. I’d love some of the candles for the house.

I used to pop into Jo Malone store when I was working in Chanel and I loved all of their products. Unfortunately haven´t got to own any myself but I am definitely eyeing one! I love the design of this one though and it seems like a good buy 🙂
