Temple Spa

Being a busy mum of 6 I rarely get the chance to visit a spa for the day or even treatments. At home, I love to pamper myself when the children are in bed by using high-quality items that give you the spa feeling at home, so today I’m going to be talking all about Temple Spa. Hitting 40 as well has made me readjust my skin and body routine. In particular, I’m trying to keep on top of my body regime, I have noticed my skin is feeling drier plus more papery especially on my hands. I do of course cut corners with some products, opting for the cheaper version, but for my face and body, it’s all about high quality, concentrated products at the minute.

Temple Spa

The multi award winning brand was created by Mark and Liz 16 years ago from a love of all things Mediterranean. The brand’s Mantra is:

Temple Spa pride themselves on sourcing the best ingredients, formulas, packaging and design. The brand donates 10% of sales to charity which for me is a fabulous gesture by such a well-established brand. Plus also cements the fact that they really care. When creating a product the team will always source an ingredient that has originated from a Mediterranean plant, many of these have a sustainable history of health benefits. Always wanting to expand and improve Temple Spa welcomes feedback from its customers to improve the service and products that they provide.

Repose Aromatherapy Resting Cream £40.00

Temple Spa

I was super excited to try this night time cream out. As you guys know I love alternative therapies and this cream is packed full of oils. I’m also a very poor sleeper. The fact that this cream is designed to aid a restful nights sleep, I knew it was going to be love. The product comes in a 50ml super stylish pot with an added scoop. I love this idea as it means you use the amount required plus keeps the product more hygienic. The cream has a lovely aromatherapy scent to it which I adore. It is subtle and not overpowering, so great for those of you who may not be as keen on aromatherapy scents. I have been using it now for a few weeks and I absolutely love it. The repose consistency is super thick and creamy and has a lovely luxurious feel to it.

Temple Spa

I apply after my nighttime cleanse and massage into the face and neck area. In the morning my skin feels super plumped and hydrated which no residue. I find that If I use other night creams especially the more luxurious brands my t-zone is super oily come morning but the formula in this has left my T-zone feeling normal with no extra oil. The cream can be used at any time of day when you feel you want to zone out and rest.

It’s A Wonderful Life £15.00

Who doesn’t love a good shower gel? It’s a Wonderful Life is an energising zesty scented shower scrub. Perfect for those days when you need a little bit of extra help to awaken your senses. The scrub comes in a lovely 200ml bottle with a pop lid. I have found it to be super concentrated so a little goes along way. Apply a small amount to hands, lather up and apply over the body. As it contains exfoliating particles it’s a perfect product for this time of year and especially for any fake tan lovers. Rinse off and you are left with lightly fragranced, soft radiant looking skin.

Temple Spa

I have really enjoyed trying out these Temple Spa products. They are both super luxurious and offer you the at home spa feeling. I will definitely be repurchasing as the quality speaks for itself plus the fact they are both very concentrated and give you great value for money. They are also perfect for a gift for Birthdays and Christmas for work colleagues or loved ones. I tried some Temple Spa products at a Spa once and I was really impressed, I was even more surprised when I saw the price as well – I couldn’t believe how pocket-friendly they were. I might have to give these a try.

I didn’t hear about this brand before but I would love to try that shower scrub. It sounds perfect for a pampering long bath. It’s great that the brand cares about the community as well and donates 10% to the charity.
