Gym Clothing Pieces For Mum’s

Gym Clothing Pieces For Mum's

I started back at the gym about 3 years ago. Mainly as a social thing for me and the twins but also to improve my health and fitness. I used to dread walking through the doors and hitting the gym floor, now I crave it. I have been out of action for around 6 weeks now after surgery and I’m really missing the adrenaline rush. My waistline is also really suffering. Being laid up has involved a few takeaway meals ha. But that said when I return from our holidays I’m back at it. I thought I would share my favourite Gym Clothing Pieces For Mum’s with you guys today just whilst I’m stocking up myself. There are so many amazing gym clothing brands out there at the minute which is great as you can always find something to suit your budget. Also worth noting that as its sale time a lot of the higher end gym wear retailers will have huge discounts.

I did add some higher priced items simply because of the summer sales and the fact these retailers will have items heavily reduced so you may grab a good high-quality bargain. I also added in some Marks and Spencer who produce some very good quality yet affordable pieces. If your a gym fan or wanting to get your fitness up I do hope you have enjoyed this post 🙂

Love the patterns on the Gymshark Strada leggings, we prefer longer tops that cover mid drifts. Great suggestions x

This reminds me I need to buy new gym gear as the ones I have are too big now I’ve lost weight. I tend to use Karrimor as they are really comfortable and give you nice support. I do like the sound of the marks and Spencer’s range tho.

I adore the Grey GymShark leggings – they’re definitely something I can see wearing myself. I really love the gym in winter but right now I’m just wanting to spend all my time outdoors in the sunshine. Yoga in the park is definitely my thing right now x
